On behalf of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, sealed quotations are invited by the Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Chendayad, Kannur for the supply of various items from firms and individuals for the academic year 2009– 2010 ( ie from 1-5-09 to 30-4-2010)

DISTRIBUTION OF QUOTATION FORMS

Quotation forms along with details can be obtained from the Office of the Vidyalaya on all working days from 9.00 am to 4 pm up to 04-04-09 by remitting Rs.25/- towards the cost of the form by cash.
Quotation forms can be downloaded from the vidyalaya website www.jnvkannur.gov.in / www.jnvkannur.nic.in. Downloaded quotation forms to be accompanied by demand draft for its cost along with EMD as per the schedule at the time of submission.
Those who requires quotation forms by post can be obtained the same from the aforesaid address on payment of Rs.25/- towards its cost on shape of bank draft in favour of Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vodyalaya payable at SBI Kuthuparamba.

Filled quotations will be accepted only in the forms issued by the Vidyalaya or downloaded from our website. Using any other forms will be rejected. Any addition or correction in the form issued by the Vidyalaya will not be considered. If any correction in rate, while filling the form is required, individual should sign near the correction. Rates should be quoted for all the items shown in the quotation form. Rates are valied up to 30-4-2010

Quotations will be considered only along with EMD as mentioned in the schedule by demand draft (DD in favour of Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Kannur payable at State Bank of India Kuthuparamba Branch). If EMD is submitted in the form of demand draft, DD number and date should be marked on the cover of quotation. If the firm is exempted from paying cost of tender documents, EMD and SD if any, copy of the concerned GO should be enclosed along with the quotation.

Last date for submitting quotation is 21-04-09 at 1600 hrs and will be opened later in the Chamber of Finance Officer Collectorate Kannur . Tenderers who wish to be present during the opening of the quotation may do so either in person or by authorized representatives.
